Pros: I can't think of any honestly, I've had countless problems with this netbook.
Cons: Every time I start it up, it send me into an infinite loop between system recovery and the XP loading screen. I purchased the 1 year replacement plan when I bought this, so I went to the newegg customer service, which took me to the servicenet hotline, which told me that my 1 year replacement plan doesn't start until NEXT year, and until then I have to talk to Samsung. When I called Samsung, they put me on the phone with a person who could barely speak english. Now I have to pay to ship it back and now I am stuck with my Ubuntu computer for 2 weeks. I work for the government and many of their secure web pages only work in internet explorer on windows, so I have to go to the library or stay at work late to do anything.
Other Thoughts: Don't but this computer, Samsung is reluctant to replace or help you with it, and they don't care about how inconvenienced you are by them.
