Pros: the computer works fine.

Cons: the wireless won't work. I bought a 1 year warrenty just in case something went wrong with a refurbished unit. That should be able to cover a replacement item barely a month into ownership. Someone please help me on this? How can a 1 year warrenty not apply, 1 month in?

Pros: Great screen, doesn't get overheated, decent battery life and it's not very heavy but doesn't feel like it could break at any second. I've recommended it to everyone I know shopping for a laptop. This price was good, too - thanks, newegg.

Cons: None so far even though it's a refurb. I bought a year warranty just in case though.

Pros: * Was able to handle installation of Photoshop CS6 and runs fairly well with it.
* Installed tomcat / eclipse, etc. Handles all of it without feeling sluggish.
* Wide Keyboard is awesome with all the available keys right there. (See 'con' down below)
* When plugged in, screen is considerably brighter. Colors are decent.

Cons: * Battery Life
* Keyboard, because it's so wide, now you have even more changes of hitting wrong keys all over the place. Not sure why there's a need to do control+arrow keys which flips the screens in many various ways. o_0 I wish the many QWERTY keyboard was higher than the other keys.
* I'm a touch typist, index fingers placement bumps need to be raised more.
* Bottom of Laptop has scratches all over it. I did buy it refurbished. I'm wondering if it's been used to deflect a knife attack or something.
* Screen is really wide, but very short. =/

Other Thoughts: Mind you, I've owned it for a week. This is my first laptop in ages as I haven't had great luck / experience with laptops, so I hope it lasts for awhile. I did buy the 1 year extra warranty.

Pros: - 2nd Gen Intel Core i7 for the price of an i3
- Almost no bloatware for the computer. It has what it needs to function and very little of that annoying extra junk that so many manufacturers put on.
- Specs that should make a very good little computer
- Came in perfect condition, not a scratch.
- Screen is crisp and clear when not in bright light.
- The touchpad is very sensitive and provides surprising accuracy on the screen.
- Full keyboard layout with numberpad on the right hand side.

Cons: - The screen size is only 1366x768. I got it thinking I could live with the lesser resolution, (my old laptop is old, but has a 1600x900 screen) but I find myself really missing that extra bit of resolution, it really made it more enjoyable.
- The screen also doesn't have as large of an effective viewing angle as I would like and tends to get washed out in brighter light. Some of this is bound to happen, but again, I find myself preferring my 7 year old laptop in these few areas.
- The touchpad, being so sensitive, often moves the cursor when I brush it typing.

Other Thoughts: There's something just a bit hinky with this computer. Not sure exactly what it is yet. I'm not sure if it's the hard drive or what, but somethings take a really long time to load, sometimes and not others. Other times some of the programs crash on start up. It in general just acts like a much slower computer than it should be, but it only does this every once in a while. It gets its moods so to speak. I may do a complete fresh reinstall when I get the chance, maybe the system isn't as free of performance stealing bloatware as I though.

-4+ hour battery on 15'' screen
-4 usb slots, of which 2 are 3.0!
-very nice keyboard; keys are nicely spaced. Nice layout, and keys give good mechanical feedback. Lots of Fn buttons
-nice webcam
-nicely sized touchpad with good gesture commands
-Is a lot more sleek in person than it looks in the pictures. Was afraid it was going to look like an old, fat laptop when i ordered it but turned out to be very nice.

Cons: -dvd drive is old-style; wish it would have been a slotted, non-mechanical one.
-on-board graphics are obviously going to be the limiter on this laptop, but that should be known before purchase

Other Thoughts: -only gets hot when playing a videogame
-touchpad was initially really sensitive, and would interrupt typing. This was fixed in options; just took a minute to realize that it could be fixed.
-Ordered the 1-year warranty just in case since it's a refurbished laptop. Normally i'm very opposed to warranties, but this was such a bargain for the price that it wasn't worth taking the risk.
-i got this for work(matlab being the most intensive process it'd run), but it also runs D3 and SC2 very well on low settings. It won't give you the prettiest graphics, but this thing is awesome for what else it can do and at a great price.

Pros: Much nicer than I was expecting. Only used a couple laptops before but this one is top quality. It has the power I was looking for and all essentials needed. Track pad is easy to use compared to them. I have desktops I built that are quite capable and this is just as so. Screen is excellent. Now I can sit in my audio room and still get things like this done.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: I had initial problems with the check out page but after resolving all was good and in Newegg fashion it arrived a day before I was expecting it. Awesome.

Finally a laptop with little or no bloatware installed!
*bluetooth 3.0
* and (4) USB ports

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Buy it you won't be disapointed.

Pros: First of all, refurbished? No signs of previous use, no scratches, no dead pixels, battery life seems about 6-7 hours, which is great considering it is an i7.
It has an integrated hd3000 graphics card which believe it or not performs good enough for any modern video game.

Overall looks great, feels great, no bloatware at all.

Would recommend, price does not do the justice to this laptop. Something like this should cost a lot more even though refurbished.
Im glad I got it for the price that I paid, great deal.

Cons: 90 day limited warranty from manufacturer since it's a refurbished laptop.

Other Thoughts: With all doubts aside, I disregarded 90 day limited warranty and gave it a shot.
