Pros: This is an impressive little laptop at a good price. It has the style and feel of laptops twice the price. The AMD APU is a powerful, efficient piece of hardware that is perfect for laptops, especially in this slim case where space is at a premium.

You can open up the bottom and upgrade the memory and hard drive if you want. For about 100 dollars you can add an SSD and 4 gigs of RAM.

I was able to run EverQuest II on this with Balanced graphics settings and it ran very well. Based on this, I would call this a good casual gaming machine. You will be able to run games, but probably on low to medium graphics settings.

Some of the included Samsung software is actually useful.

Cons: The keys feel a little spongy. The trackpad occasionally gets in the way while typing. The screen's viewing angles are rather limited.

Even at this price, I feel that a good bit of that money goes towards the slim case style.

It does not come with a recovery CD.

Like most laptops, there is a lot of useless bloatware to uninstall.

Other Thoughts: If you don't care about having a laptop with this slim style, you can spend the same money on a bigger, better laptop with better hardware.

Pros: Lightweight, nice keyboard, decent battery life.

Cons: 3+ second hangs frequently. Has trouble playing youtube videos. Screen gets dirty while closed. FN software doesn't work properly.

Other Thoughts: I added 4 more gigs of ram and that didn't solve the speed issue. The computer just gets hung up on any kind of multitasking. Heaven forbid you have a youtube video playing while you try and download/open a powerpoint. I like how lightweight the computer is, and it is decently quick, but if you like to switch through windows rapidly and have more than one tab open at a time, this is definitely not the computer for you.

The FN key software is pretty sad too. If you don't have the right window focused, the sound/brightness control won't work properly.

Oh, and every time I open the computer, the screen has splotches all over it from being pressed against the keyboard.

Overall, absolutely not worth what I paid for.
