1 out of 5 eggsWarning - no tech support

Pros: I have an NP700G7C and it performed extreme well until it stopped charging the battery.

Cons: My laptop does not charge the battery and immediately black out/power off anytime you draw too much power (spin up the disk too much, processor, or do any game). There is no tech support, you can only ship it to some company on your dime and spend 50 dollars for them to tell you how much it costs to fix. Newegg is a great resource for tech savvy people, but Samsung will not work with tech savvy people.

Also, a 2K laptop should not fail in the manner in 1.5 years of moderate use, in the same place, on a stand, with a plug in keyboard and mouse.

Other Thoughts: If you go with Samsung, YOU MUST GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. Otherwise you will be out big bucks where their substandard components fail. But I would go with another manufacturer if you need a high perf laptop.

5 out of 5 eggs100% satified

Pros: 1) super fast
2) super light
3) compatible price

Cons: touchpad. sometimes it drives you crazy, but will get used to it.

Other Thoughts: Overall this ultrabook is awsome, first of all, very light. Boot up speed is very very impressive, roughly within 10sec. Internet browser (IE8) works in a speed of light as well, reminding me of th first time I switched from dial up to cable modem.
Two things that make me scratch my head;1) touchpad. There's no physical button on the pad and there is a multiple finger scroll mode. Combination of these features result in occasional frustration. 2) Windows8. I am not fully comfortable with the new OS yet. All I can say it's clearly geard for touch screen tablet. Time will tell.
