Pros: The chromebook is what it is advertised as. It runs smoothly and it is easy to set up.

Cons: I wish they had mentioned that it doesn't come with free drive storage and the other promotions that new chromebooks come with. It isn't a dealbreaker for me since I have 100gb+ storage on my drive account as it is. I just wish it was mentioned before I purchased it.

Other Thoughts: Obviously I have not owned it long enough to 100% judge the product, but I will update this if there are any changes

Pros: Came with a promotional 1TB free storage from Google Drive for 2yrs. 1TB would be $9.99/month otherwise. Chromebooks use Google Drive as standard storage like a normal pc would use a hard drive. This makes your files directly accessible from all other Google/Android devices you have.

I believe Chromebooks normally come with 100GB free.

Want more physical storage? You can easily upgrade with a micro sd card. I have a 64GB installed. But I have found that I dont need it unless I want to transfer files to a device that doesn't support Google or doesnt have internet connection. Great for movies and large media files.

Customer service it's pretty good so far. Not the best yet, but more than good enough. On top of it, with Google Voice (Hangouts) you can call them directly from the computer. Not even a headset is required.

Install Google Hangouts on you phone (I think it works with iPhone too) and you can now text and call from you Chromebook as you do from your phone.

Any Bluetooth devices in your arsenal? your Chromebook will sync will all of them.

Cons: Would be nice to have a touch screen. Who am I kidding though? For the price I can't complain. If you can find one and can afford it, get it!

Other Thoughts: Pros and Cons are irrelevant when technology fills a void such as this. Got a nice pc or laptop? a great android smartphone? smart tv? Then you want a Chromebook.

This computer will be the hub to control them all. My phone is now only a pocket tool for when I'm on the move. Get one now and the cons will become pros as the software technology evolves.

Make sure to get as much ram as you can afford. Built in storage is irrelevant. You can always install and sd card on it.
