Tech Level: high - Ownership: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Great componentry for the price. Case is a little flimsy but all of the new Lenovo laptops except the ideapad are coming that way now. Integrated ATT card is handy. I am a lenovo dealer and I am happy they are trying to compete.

Cons: Case will easily damage if traveling.

Other Thoughts: Go back to the old sturdy IBM cases.

Avoid the SL Series

Pros: Good variety from the options and components perspective.

Cons: Overall construction and exterior is poorly designed. The exterior case uses a smooth reflective plastic that scratches easily diminishing appearance. Key board keys stick and flex when typing. This PC is no substitute for the T-series and I would not recommend for business travelers. Would return if Newegg allowed.

Other Thoughts: If you are purchasing a Lenovo for durability, spend the extra money and avoid the SL series laptops.
