awesome deal
- Pros: price, feels VERY sturdy, doesn't get hot, fast, windows 7 upgrade
- Cons: keyboard layout is terrible, not for gamers
- Other Thoughts: I followed the directions here and upgraded by selecting a Idea Series notebook. Worked fine. Do not be alarmed when you first start your laptop with Windows XP. It's full of bloatware+a 4gb oem partition, and honestly, just looks really cheap. However, upon installing W7 I observed the laptop's full capabilities and now I'm thrilled. I sold my *fancy* Dell XPS laptop to purchase this and have never looked back. HIGHLY recommended if you like a minimal + sturdy design.

- Other Thoughts: For what it’s worth, the Lenevo "FREE Windows 7 Upgrade Program" web page states "XP Pro Downgrade models with Vista Business License are eligible for the Windows 7 upgrade program."
So according to what the Lenevo web site leads you to belive, I'm thinking this computer is eligible for the Windows 7 upgrade since it's identfied as "Windows Vista Business downgraded to XP Pro".
