Pros: I have owned another 8510p since November. It has been a great laptop and am very happy with it. I do not want to dock stars from the laptop because I had a problem with Newegg.
Cons: Newegg was horrible here. The description says it has both Vista and XP but the laptop only has XP. I have verified on HP's site that this part number only comes with XP. Newegg messed up on the description but they will not let me return it or do anything to resolve this problem. They said this is warrantied through HP but I do not see how this is a warranty issue.
Other Thoughts: I love Newegg's prices and the speed everything ships but I have had several bad expierences with their support.
