Pros: Very large screen,

Cons: Incredibly difficult to setup, i have no idea what im doing and there is no manual.

Pros: affordable

Cons: MSI laptops break down easily and this is no exception. i have returned this product at least 3 times back to the MSI RA team but the issue continues to persists. horrible. horrible. horrible.
advise you to avoid MSI products.

Pros: Seems solidly built.The chicklet keyboard is nice and sturdy.The display is glossy but really not noticable when the system is running.The Raedon graphics card is great.Nice webcam,display is really sharp.Not alot of bloatware to remove..I bought the 20 dollar coolmaster fan set and really love it.Once the unit is attached to the coolmaster it angles the laptop at a very comfortable angle.I would not worry a bit leaving it on my bed with the coolmaster under it.Not sure you need it on this model as the internal cooling fan comes out the left side of the unit. (Most likely the reason of no 3.0 usb or more 2.0 usb's.The wifi started right up.I really like all the photo,media,movie software.Has some really nice software that goes with the graphics on this machine.I'm not a gamer,usually do the netflix,web surfing etc so the unit is fast and really good graphics for my needs.

Cons: No 3.0 usb.But knew that going in.The speakers really suck, on 100% you can barely hear them.I use headphones.MSI forgot to put in the specs that the memory is 4 gigs MAX.Battery lasts about 2 hours.I never bought a computer,tv,anything without a few reviews...wish I had stuck to that on this one.Wish I had spent the extra 50-100 dollars on a little bit more features.

Other Thoughts: Not that happy with this model.Like I said I wish I had just ordered a machine with a little more features.This is a little skimpy and really unhappy about the memory thing.Feel like I was not told the whole truth before buying.Was planning on maxing it out but the specs did not tell you it already IS.Too bad I can't trade up .The MSI brand is really built to last. The 4 gigs of memory will be the end of this machine in time.Guess I'm stuck with it.Some things I like but MSI should be a little clearer on their details before you buy.Would buy MSI again but not without clearing up the spec issue first.I would reccomend calling them to check ALL the specs before buying.
