Pros: Great overall Gaming computer!

Cons: Sometimes has a fan problem although this issue might be fixed with the newer versions of the computer!

Other Thoughts: The MSI Service & Support Division are also fast and very helpful in case u need to contact them!

Pros: Runs really smooth on anything. Been playing everything maxed out at 60 FPS so it definitely gets the job done. Install the intel extreme utility to run in back to check temps. Works great!

Cons: Lots of bloat ware taking up memory but after you clean it out its great. Also need to update drivers and make sure you setup what programs to use the dedicated card on. If you don't it will just use the integrated card which sucks lol. Also would recommend running the fans maxed when playing to not get the CPU over 70* C.

Pros: This is a very fast machine! I wasn't aware a laptop this inexpensive could handle most of the new games I play at the highest settings. It handles Skyrim with ease at ultra settings.

Cons: The only features I really didn't like was the annoying programs that come with the computer and how loud the extra fan is.

Other Thoughts: For the price and the performance, I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a decent gaming computer without having to spend $1500.

Pros: Blueray Drive!!! makes up for WD Blue HD. Had new WD Black just for this. I got the open box and almost perfect, slight tear on box where seal ripped off-Yeah!!!

Cons: WD Blue5400, not WD Black Scorpio 7200 HD. Newegg- correct your ad!

Pros: Place for mSata! Big sticker peels off nicely.

Cons: WD Blue (5400rpm) HD. Have to poke hole in Warranty Void sticker to do RAM, HD, mSata or wireless card.

Other Thoughts: Replaced Blue750(5400rpm) with Black Scorpio 750(7200rpm) and stock wireless card Intel Network 6235AN.HMWWB Wireless WiFi Centrino Advanced-N 6235 Dual Band.

Pros: Cant believe how fast this monster is. Well worth the money. Another great MSi product! GETTING MY SKYRIM ON!

Cons: Buy one get one free?

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a mid range not to pricey laptop that can play just about anything thats out. This is your laptop great quality for the price tag.

Other Thoughts: MSI support contacted me back and verified that I would not void the warranty, threw in an SSD and it is super fast... Best laptop I have ever owned!!

Pros: 8gb ram, i5 with turbo, great mid level graphics card, price.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it had a blu-ray drive.

Cons: Bloatware, I have an SSD and wanted to put it in the laptop but they have a sticker over one of the screws that it will void the warranty if I pull the cover off, since this is less than a week old I am not wanting to void it just yet.

Other Thoughts: I ordered mine through another site because I had a gift card but I still love Newegg.

Pros: The HDD is noticeably faster than a 5200 rpm HDD. However not much is out their to be able to compete with the speed of a SSD. For the price, I am happy with what it came with, especially since I use it to store most of my media.

One of this laptops main selling points to me was the screen. It was hard to find a 1080p screen in this price range, and it just looks absolutely phenomenal.

The GPU is nice. I havnt had any problems with it.

8gb of ram is plenty

I actually like the keyboard, it not having back-lit keys does not bug me much since i use it mostly during the day and at school where there is plenty of light.

The touchpad does not seem too sensitive to me either. And if it is you can adjust it in the settings.

Cons: the only issue i had was that when I first fully loaded windows and tried to connect to the net. The wireless network card was unable to hold/find a connection. I first attempted to update the network driver. it said it was at its latest update, but still didnt work. I ended up having to remove the drivers regarding the network adapter. And install new ones from its website. It has worked perfectly ever since.

Other Thoughts: battery life for me on half brightness, on high power mode is roughly 4hrs give or take.

The aesthetic design of the laptop is pretty cool imo. Many people have commented that they like the way it looks.

Pros: Can run any game I can throw at it.
Installs Linux without an issue despite UEFI.
Great resolution.
Great battery life.
Very nice keyboard.

Cons: Lots of MSI crapware.
MSI website is difficult to obtain drivers from.

Other Thoughts: Most of the problems that I've had with this laptop were software related, and they're not really the fault of the laptop itself (just the manufacturer). The first thing that I did with this laptop was that I reinstalled Windows 7 and that alone made a much better experience.

If you want a good laptop for a decent price, I'd say this is well worth your money.
