Pros: it look good and light for a gaming laptop.

Cons: After several months of using this laptop it started having small freezes during gaming I play games like league of legends, counter strike, and popular MMOs. I called MSI to get it fix because I couldnt solve it myself. I proceed to send the laptop off for them and recieve it back in 2-3 weeks. The moment I turn it on it blue screen within 5 minutes of use. I called MSI again they told me to resend it to them for another 2-3 weeks so basically at this point i lost a month through a month and a half of time. Now that I got it back the blue screen problem is gone but my games are still freezing i've tried to solve it but unable to fix the problem and apparently so cant they.

Other Thoughts: This was not my first time purchasing an MSI product but it is surely the last time.

Pros: I've had this laptop for a little over a year now. Bought it for college and gaming and I haven't had a problem with it yet (aside from Windows problems, but that's not an MSI issue) Runs lightning fast, is thin as anything and weighs next to nothing. That and it's a pretty piece of work. No one really needs a light up keyboard but boy does it look fancy.

Cons: Gets quite hot when you're making it work hard. Would recommend one of those laptop cooling stands to make sure it stays ice cold.

Pros: Great weight 4.2 pounds, able to raid drives, Plays all my games MAXED out, & great sound.

Cons: Large LCD bezel

Other Thoughts: M.SATA connects are M.2 which is great but not a lot MFG making SSD for it yet.

Pros: GPU, CPU, SSD. Pretty much all the specs are amazing, which is what made me buy it in the first place

Cons: Wifi is SLOW. Literally 1/4 of the usual internet speed on the rest of my devices. For some reason, despite the other parts, they decided to skimp on the wireless card. Seems to occur on other Ghosts as well.

Other Thoughts: I really love this laptop, I really do. And it breaks my heart to write this review. However, the truth is difficult to ignore. Since I need this for college (with some gaming on the side), wifi should not be a sacrifice. Not for me, nor for anyone else for that matter. That's why I knocked off not one, but two eggs. The laptop shines in every other department but its wifi, which is too critical in the day and age to ignore. It seems that this problem persists on other models of MSI Ghost laptops, and I haven't been able to fix it myself. I have sent a support ticket to MSI and await their response.
