Pros: hp laptops these days are a fantastic buy. the hardware inside is worth more than the asking price.

Cons: my only gripes are the inclusion of norton and wildtangent games.

Other Thoughts: bought 2 of these in the past 2 months for clients, they are very happy with these systems. the base price is great, the system specs are great, and they arrived on time.

my only real problem with these computers is due to the norton/wildtangent software that comes installed. i always remove them as soon as they show up on my doorstep. norton is garbage software and wildtangent is in the same category. i can't understand why that stuff comes bundled, other than perhaps that there are deals with the companies to include them as a way of inflating the cost.

Pros: Very easy to set up and get started. Wonderful support guides; easy to understand without making user feel an idiot! This is an amazing machine, and seems to do everything (I don't game, so can't speak to that).

Very fast and competent service from newegg; highly recommended.

Cons: None yet, except it is slightly larger than anticipated (yes, they listed measurements - my bad!). Well worth the size for the great graphics; who needs a TV?

Other Thoughts: Very good buying experience, and I hate to shop!
