Not sure what company refurbed this Newegg did not list it. This unit is beat up, dented, everything is loose and warn, if it didnt cost me to ship it back I would. Fast , runs cool , plays hd video , mine has the p 8700 cpu . Smooth keyboard and touch-pad. Far exceeds the computing needs to which I purchased it for. Wireless n draft. Cons: Somewhat quirky boot process. Wish it had built in webcam. Preloaded with windows 7 buried in hard drive so no disc to lose. Easy setup. Not too heavy. A good buy for the money. Cons: Battery only good for 4 hours. But it is a laptop and to be expected. Can maybe buy the 9 cell battery. No web cam, you can buy one for 30 bucks. Other Thoughts: Charge it like they say for 8 hrs. Do windows updates. Make sure you install a virus program.
