Pros: Very fast delivery, I live in south carolina and the laptop was shipped from california, it arrived in 3 days, very good quality started right up, no screen scratches or defects with the outershell of the laptop. Keyboard very nice.

Cons: There is an Plugged in not charger error that it showing up.

Pros: Reasonable specs for the price. Prompt shipping.

Cons: First off, the laptop is popped open at the seams near the hard drive, as if either it was damaged or not put back together correctly. It won't pop back in.There is a significant amount of wear all over as well as dirt and grime in all the ports and cracks & crevices. The screen has a 20ish degree wobble, and the plastic around the hinge base bend and pop up when the screen is opened. Upon setting it up and starting it the first time I noticed there was little space free on the drive, only to find remnants of a previous windows installation. This laptop was way more used than refurbished. I have always stood by newegg as I've been a loyal customer for a while now but this has been by far the worst product I've received. I bought this as a gift for my roommate... I felt bad seeing its condition when he opened it. If I would have known it would be in such miserable condition I would have restored an old laptop from my garage and had it looking and working better.

Other Thoughts: Not worth it in that condition.

Pros: Ordered 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. Shipping was great, they actually arrived a day early. Both of them look great, although one has a few light scratches on the screen. They both started right up and had no problem at all. Couldn't be happier with them. They are perfect for two younger kids, that will mostly be playing browser games.
