Pros: Good as new condition, updated to Jellybean 4.1.3 without a hitch, held a charge for 12 hours with moderate use and for 6+ hours straight watching movies.

Cons: This is "last year's tech" and the newest android tablets are a heck of a lot faster / slicker... If not for this fact I would have given 5 eggs.

Other Thoughts: I Purchased this after dropping big bucks on a Samsung Galaxy Note for my wife's work (wedding Planner) and then I decided I had to have one but could not justify dropping almost $600 for a toy.

There is no comparing the units side to side... The new tech, 4 cores, twice the DDR3 memory and way lighter weight is going to win hands down) but this Xoom is just as handy even if not as fast and slick.

The screen image quality is comparably crisp even if not as "color rich" as the new Samsung Note.

But if you don't have the big $$$ and you haven't played with the latest generation tablets you will be absolutely thrilled with this Xoom.

Pros: Works great, fast, excellent touch screen and very clear view.

Cons: Just slightly heavy, until I bought the portfolio case from Motorola for $4+ shipping, now I don't have to hold it.

Other Thoughts: I love my wife's Motorola photon phone so thought I would give this tablet a try. Excellent from the word go. Still don't know the difference between this and the slightly less expensive one. But am completely happy. Works flawlessly to date. The case I am referring to is a case that allows you to stand it up at different angles for better viewing. Highly recommend this tablet and beats spending $400 or more.

Pros: Well, I have ordered 5 so far between family, friends, and myself. All I can say is that if you are looking for a tablet, look no farther. Battery life = excellent, memory 32GB w/ a slot for another 32GB, this price = wow. Software is constantly getting better, not that there was anything wrong in the first place. Generous supply of Apps. Connects with my Android phone hot spot perfectly.

Cons: The one problem I see with it is that it will not see my flash drives. It can be rooted for that to work but I don't think I should have to do that.

Pros: this is my first tablet, and im very pleased with it, i bough it for a very good price, the shipping delivery was so fast and the tablet is in exelent conditions, everything works great in it!!

Pros: These comments concern the second Xoom I received. It was like new, fully charged and ready to go. I have been putting it through the paces and so far I am amazed and please at all I can do with it. This my first tablet (used a desktop for 15 years). I have a kindle Fire and was able to download the Kindle app to te Xoom. Now I can read all my books on the Xoom if I choose to take it with me instead of the Kindle. Pandora is terrific and the sound is great even without ear buds.

Cons: Ordered due to price and favorable reviews. First Xoom I received was defective and would not turn off after starting updates. Screen froze after third attempt at a reset. This can happen with a new or refurbished item so I wasn't too disappointed. However, Newegg was wonderful in handling the return. Emailed me a prepaid UPS label. Day after they received the defective item, they shipped out a new one.

Pros: Fast, dual-core processor, 32GB, microSD slot, mini USB to connect to desktop, multi-touch screen, easy to work with, gorilla glass (resists scratches), easy update from Honeycomb to Ice Cream Sandwich, excellent price, very responsive.

Cons: Holds fingerprints like crazy, but don't all touchscreens?

Other Thoughts: Within 45 minutes of unboxing it I had all the updates applied and handed it over to my wife for her birthday present. She absolutely LOVES it, in fact she hardly ever puts it down! Now I don't feel so bad when I get too busy on my PC. Did I mention she loves it? Says it is her favorite present EVER! She smiles whenever I come into the room and shows me all the neat things she can do with it. When she is happy, I'm happy too. Excellent price!. Thanks NewEgg! She Loves it!

Pros: price, 32g and sd slot for another 32g, 10", battery life, fast, quick, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. IMHO much much better than iPad's

Other Thoughts: I originally ordered through another retailer the new Kindle fire HD, however, when I checked the price of the Xoom and looked at the specs, I immediately orderd the Xoom and canceled the Kindle.
This Xoom is absolutely amazing! The fact that it is now running the latest Android OS Jelly Bean, makes this one of the best tablets money can buy. I cannot comprehend how someone can look at the specs and price and then want to buy another tablet or worse, an overpriced tablet like the iPad.
Bottom line: you will not be disappointed in this tablet. The best tablet on the market money can buy.

Pros: The obvious advantage over any Apple product is the fact that this unit has expandable memory. This unit is highly comparable to the first generation I pad, but with more functionality and a better operating system. This unit comes with the new Ice Cream Sandwich which is both stable and can handle HD movies. The price is just right, comparable in price to the Kindle Fire but has the Micro SD slot so you can load this unit with as much content as you would prefer.

Cons: If you don't mind a slightly bulkier unit you might want to choose this product. Although the extra weight means extra battery life, so be prepared to spend MORE money and receive less battery life with the other units. The wight and thickness aren't a big deal to me as this unit has a good feel when holding, also it is comparable to the first generation apple tablets in terms of weight, and thickness.

Other Thoughts: This unit is perfect for the person who wants to purchase a quality product at a reasonable price. The Kindle Fire is priced similarly, but it does not have the Micro SD slot which is a deal breaker if you want to load up movies and music into your device. Coupled with a new operating system and an additional 32GB of memory, this unit becomes a top contender in the Tablet market. Its not a quad core, but a dual core can handle just about anything you throw at it, while multitasking in the process.

Pros: You would never know this thing is refurbished except for the tiny label on the back. Which my case covers up anyway. Out of the box it went to work once connected to my home wi-fi and about 30-45 mins later it was finished updating all the way to the new Jelly Bean version of the android OS. My phone doesnt even get it (Droid X) but this tablet does! Also the battery life is amazing. Im on it a lot and dont have to charge it more than once a day. Usually every other day. It has more than enough storage (32gb) with the option to add more if needed. Pretty future proof if you ask me. Couldnt be happier with it

Cons: The charger is... different. and by different i mean the plug is TINY! Be careful plugging and unplugging it. And try to avoid use while charging cause it could easily break off im sure

Other Thoughts: Why did I wait so long to get a tablet?

Pros: Tablet with aceptable speed, ram and memory storage. Ease of use and short learning curve. Allows the registered Android Apps we have to place on the Xoom also.. What more can you ask but to share OPEN SOURCE paid apps!!! Can't do that with those NON-ANDROID tablets. BATTERY lasted 6hrs under heavy video and background usage! That's GREAT. Most flights we take are 5 or less hrs.

Cons: found it cheaper on the Bay site. Yet with NEWEGG!! it's safer and has the backing of them.
