4 out of 5 eggsExcellent, but with issues.

Pros: Ability to play NFS:Rivals at 1080p with medium and low settings and get a decent framerate. Great for video editing, however encoding video takes awhile if you do not set your cores correctly and have the correct powerplan. Will play BF4, but not at an acceptable framerate. So some frostbite 3 games are ok, others are not, frostbite 2 works well.

Cons: Low frame rates in bf4, and BF Hardline:beta. Starforge has issues as well processor stuck at 60% utilization and will not go any higher. Fan also gets dusty quick. Issues exist if you switch from Wifi to LAN. It sometimes will not pull an address, or it will say there is no connection to the internet. The 65-Watt charger is insufficient for the system. I burned up 2 of them, if battery drops below 50% it will experience a stutter as the charger becomes too hot and shuts down due to thermal controls. Do not try to use laptop on AC with the 65-watt charger only and play a game or encode using Adobe Premiere Pro it will shut off as the charger is not big enough. I now have a 120-watt charger from a toshiba 17" laptop on it and it works well.

Other Thoughts: For the price the laptop rocks. It is sufficient for anyone that casually plays games, or plays older games. Newer games are an issue.
Video Editing works OK, but if you are picky as I am you may notice glitching unless you do 2- pass encoding which takes a while. Also there is no mantle support for this APU.

5 out of 5 eggsA Good choice

Pros: Works great and has pretty good specs.

Cons: The only thing that is a little weird is the offset keys.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this computer for my wife. She does some video editing, 4 cores and the ability to off load to the graphics processor. It works well for this.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Product

Pros: The Specs are great for the price ($699.99).
Great keyboard unlike older laptop keyboards, Numeric Keypad is good, Layout is decent.
Touch pad feels good to the touch, and is larger than others (I still prefer a Wireless Mouse).

The System itself runs smooth, and boots fast for a 750GB (683GB usable) 5400rpm HDD.
Good amount of RAM pre-installed, and perfect Maximum.
Tested a Blu-Ray disc out of box, and ran smoothly.
Lightweight and Thin for a non-Ultrabook.
Feels pretty sturdy.

Cons: Comes with bloatware, and even includes World of Warcraft installed...
It would be great if it came with an OS disc for easier Double/Triple Boot setup.

Other Thoughts: Norton Security comes installed, but I recommend Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 (uses less system resources).
For those that use a Laptop for Home and Business usage, I recommend purchasing Windows 7 Ultimate, along with Microsoft Office 2010 Professional.
Overall a great system for a Student or for Home use. needs some setting changes for Gaming, and Business use.

5 out of 5 eggsA really great laptop

Pros: Great for gaming, really great price, I purchased this from another source for $150 less. What a computer for the price, I love the new AMD A-10 chip.

Cons: I donot find the battery will last as long as said in the advertisement.

5 out of 5 eggsA Good Balance!

Pros: light weight, well sized, stays cool, loud speakers, well priced for one of the few A10 models on the market. Screen gets bright and vibrant when adjusted right.

Cons: comes with a good bit of bloatware installed.

Other Thoughts: When I first received this product I thought the screen was poor quality but soon realized that it was just a matter of tweaking them out of the dull default setting I had received it in.

The preloaded bloatware can be easily uninstalled.

I am very pleased with this product for gaming, art, and watching movies.

5 out of 5 eggsValue

Pros: Ordered elsewhere, but satisfied nonetheless. For $699 you get a laptop with an A10. I haven't used it yet other than web browsing, but a friend has the same thing with an A8 in it, and it already plays Diablo 3 really nice, so i will probably be able to play it without lowering any settings.

Cons: toshiba has a bunch of stuff already installed that can make it hang for a few seconds at boot

Other Thoughts: I might put an SSD in it, since the disk transfer rate is the only weak link in the whole machine.
