Pros: Awesome computer

Cons: For my daughter. Broke after two weeks. Had to reinstall everything. after two more weeks broke again. This time impossible to reinstall. Since we didn't save the box, newegg won't refund or replace. Nice. Having to deal with Toshiba. Waiting for box. Then 10 day repair. I see this machine is a good value, but only if it actually functions. Hoping for good repair and end of problems.

Other Thoughts: very unhappy and very angry. Hoping that toshiba's repair is better than its quality control and customer service. Very unhappy with newegg's policy.

Pros: SSD works well (boots up quickly, fast load screens, etc)
Graphics look beautiful on the hd display
Video card is real good for a laptop (been running SWTOR/League of Legends/Fallout NV on maximum settings)
The backlit keys and num pad are great features for a laptop
The trackpad feels very good... our previous laptop was a 2009 macbook pro and I was hoping this trackpad would function similarly, and it did not disappoint.
I don't use the touchscreen too often but it is pretty cool.
It looks pretty slick.

Cons: It can get a little hot on your lap but that's normal for a laptop.
We used to have a macbook pro, so the quality of the case on this toshiba satellite is a little underwhelming considering what we are used to, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it feels "cheaply made".
The front edge of the laptop comes to a point, so depending on the height of your wrists you can feel discomfort when typing.
I think this may just be a windows 10 issue, but every once in awhile the wireless card will either not detect the wifi signal, or will be unable to connect to it. This is remedied by restarting the laptop.

Other Thoughts: Overall I would say for the price it is a great buy. We were looking into a macbook but we decided to go with this toshiba satelitte because the specs were comporable and even better in some areas (graphics especially) while being several hundred dollars less in price.

Pros: just awesome laptop very happy with it.

Cons: none so far.

Pros: This laptop will blow you away. The screen image is no neat and a beauty itself. Works great!

Cons: I have 0 complains so far.
