Pros: Fast, light for the price, fast graphic card for the price, very nice and sharp screen. Easy access to part of the hardware from bottom. Comes with a good bag and recovery CD and a good manual. HDMI connection for display.

Cons: Body is not sophisticated enough comparing with other brands that I had. It seems battery is hard to find for this battery in US. I hope this changes in future as my battery will be dead in one year for sure.

Other Thoughts: I added 1GB of memory and I am using it with ReadyBoost (a 4GB USB memory). I have no problem with its performance. My laptop policy is to erase hard drive setup of laptop manufacturers to make my own. I did it and went through the process of "recovery" without any problem. If your budget is tight for a light weight laptop and you still want relatively good performance, this is the one you need.

If your external monitor has flicker with this laptop, use HDMI connector, flicker will go away. I think any cable for HDMI connection on flat TVs will do the job. I am using HP W2207 monitor and I solved the flicker problem by using such cable.
