Nice Performance / Better Price!
- Pros: Nice large display with no dead pixels that I can find. Fast CPU and powerful GPU with dedicated 512MB video memory. Great price vs. performance value. Nice glossy automotive finish.
- Cons: Does not come with Mini PCI-E Turbo memory installed even though it's a cheap upgrade. Windows Vista hurts performance, and it comes with office 2007 installed, but no key to use it. The glossy finish will most likely show every scratch so be careful.
- Other Thoughts: This laptop is actually made by MSI and is model MS-1719 if you are interested. The turbo memory is an easy install (goes next to the system memory under the large bottom cover)and is available on the web for under thirty bucks. A must is you plan to stay with Vista. It comes with a single Corsair Value RAM 2GB module VS2GSDS667D2 available on Newegg. Buy a second one to upgrade to 4GB and dual channel mode. Vista 32bit will only use about 3GB of that, but the dual channel will improve performance.
Worth it

-Great cpu and ram amount/ awesome gpu
-very cool looking, thin case
-beautiful screen
- Cons: 2 partitions on the hard drive (I actually like this but I know alot of people hate having 2)
- Other Thoughts: This machine is amazingly powerful, Newegg was fast with the shipping, and I am already recommending IBuyPower to friends. Its amazing the bang you can get for your buck.
