External monitor looks great, attached display is almost completely unreadable. When I called Asus Support, it took me a week to get an RMA number and now I have to pay shipping for them to repair their defective laptop. This is unacceptable. The laptop was out of the box for less than five minutes and now I'll be paying at least thirty dollars to ship it back so they can send me one that is ACTUALLY refurbished. Other Thoughts: I've been a long time user of Asus products and loved every one of them. Their customer support is by far the worst I've ever seen. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
