Big hard drive and lots of Ram. Cons: Tech support!!!! After 1 week i had a problem with my DVD drive, it totally disappeared. When i went to device manager it was giving me a code 19 error. Called tech support and they could not figure it out and wanted me to send it in. The turn around would have been 5 weeks and i would have had to pay for shipping one way. Once i got off the phone with them i did a Google search for windows 8 code 19 and found out how to fix the problem in 5 min. Other Thoughts: The only reason i gave this laptop a 4 egg rating is because of tech support. The machine itself deserves a 5. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
