Cons: Just over 90 days into ownership the screen failed. called new egg: over 90 days too bad, so sad. call Asus. Called Asus twice and sent two letters , response from calls: too bad, so sad will cost a minimum of $181 to fix. Total response from letters : 0. Overseas customer service, indifferent and difficult to understand. Other Thoughts: If you are looking for long term reliability, superior customer service and a product that will last for longer than a few months then go elsewhere.. Every product has problems, I understand that but the value of a company lies with how they deal with those problems.
