Can I change the graphics card on this?

Short answer: no. Video controllers are built into the motherboard.  Saves space (heat and circuitry). You can add a second monitor on the video out port or you can add an external second video card, do a search for: USB video card.

If you're interested in gaming or CAD, you're going to have to get a laptop that is made to fit the need. CPU, memory, SSD drive and video have to work together through planned circuitry on the motherboard in order to have a good experience. 
Buy carefully.... for what you need....it will last longer.

Question 2

is there an option to have windows 7 ultimate installed? do Not want windows 8

You will have to buy a Win7 ult. license and disk, from there you will need to change the BIOS in order to boot from the CDROM drive. ASUS does not support this method and will not tell you how to change the BIOS in order to do this ( I tried).... regardless if you do a search on (G)oogle you will find the process.

Question 3

First question:  The windows 8 is it 64 bit or 32 bit?  Second question:  What generation is the processor?

Windows 8 came with 64 bit operating system for this model.  It is a Intel I-5 processor.  I think it is a second generation.  However, I'm not sure about that. I know there is I-7 now.  Love the laptop and Asus support.
