Will this pc run minecraft at 60+fps on maxed settings?

I do not personally play minecraft, but 60fps with the specs on this one might be a stretch. It has a decent graphics card, but with just a 1.8GHz processor, it's probably going to bottleneck the capabilities of the card

Does anybody knows how can i activate the touchscreen ? also my keyboard has a problem i think, it' s an azerty and qwrety keyboard at the same time . I mean the alphabets touches are azerty and the numbers touches are qwerty. O.o I don't understand anything.

You might want to rethink that.  From what I understand, Windows 7 won't be operating very much longer.  I know.  I prefer Windows 7 myself, but am FORCING myself to learn to  operate Windows 10.

I wouldn't think so, the screen isn't really at a position where it'd be comfortable to use the touch functions.

If anyone still wants to know it is that the basic speed is 1.8 GHZ And It can Be Overclocke(Booosted) to 3.0 GHZ. What this does is that you can boost the cpu for gaming and have it on normal when doing light usage, so you will have lot longer battery life.
