What does 320GB cpu mean?

the 320GB the listing mentions is the size of the hard drive. The CPU is the Intel Core i3 3217U, where the 1.80Ghz is the "speed" of the cpu. The 4GB is how much memory is in the laptop. The Intel HD Graphics 4000 part is the type of graphics/display adapter inside (good for basic stuff but not anything intense graphic wise)

It runs Windows 64bit, so you can upgrade the ram dimm, but I honestly think you would be better off spending the money on a better computer with the ram already on board.

i need help getting a replacement battery and adapter for this laptop-i have not been able to see the parts on any websites that asus lists.can you please help me with this?

I believe this type model of ASUS laptop does not have a replacement battery, it is built into the laptop. If you are having a battery issue you are going to have to talk to whoever you have a warranty with and see if you can get it repaired.  As far as an adapter, you can look online for an adapter that works for X551CA models.

It does scroll with multifinger swiping. In case it does not I would suggest looking up the corresponding software for the laptop, then it'll work just fine.
