Pros: Nice laptop for the price. Has everything I need and seems to handle things OK.

Cons: I believe it came with the wrong charger. I keep getting an error message saying the power connector is not plugged in properly. I'm not sure who to contact to get this sorted out. You would think they would fix this issue since I'm sure I'm not the first person to run into the problem.

Pros: It arrived within the time it was supposed to arrive.

Cons: Haven't been able to use it at this point. It is a GREAT paperweight right now! Has been in the house for 6 days now with no resolution to the issue. PC Rush is telling me to contact ASUS and ASUS tells me to contact PC Rush!

The laptop has two issues at this point. One is that the wrong power cord was shipped with the laptop. It will not plug into the laptop in order to power the thing. Went to Radio Shack for an adapter and none exist that will fit it. So no easy solution. I called ASUS first, they said we have to go back to the shipper, PC Rush. Did that. After talking with them on the phone, two days later receive an e-mail stating that ASUS doesn't not supply them with spare parts, so contact ASUS for the correct power cord. Just got off the phone with ASUS and they say call PC Rush as they can't just ship out a power cord to fit the laptop. Return the entire computer. Will see what PC Rush has to say abot this when they call me back. Assuming customer support is closed on weekends there.

Issue two. This computer is advertised as having Windows 7 PRO 64 bit, which is the main reason why I bought it. Haven't been able to power on the laptop due to above issue, but the sticker on the back proudly displays Windows 8 Pro on it. So not even the OS that I wanted on the laptop.

First time dealing wtih PC Rush or ASUS, and based on the frustration I am experiencing right now, the LAST time!

Sell what you advertise you are selling please.

Pros: I bought this for a customer that must have a good laptop with windows 7 still. The computer performs great but I think its overpriced for the specs.

Cons: I wouldn't call a gaming laptop one with integrated video.

Other Thoughts: This is a good laptop but I think it should be on the $600 range

Pros: It shipped

Cons: There is no NVIDIA dedicated graphics card in this product despite it being advertised as a gaming computer. It comes with Intel HD Graphics Family. This has been a waste of time and effort for a lie of a product.
