Pros: Was excited for the laptop.

Cons: Computer came with a backspace button that looked like it was going to fall off. When pressed the button would lay flat on the right side.

Other Thoughts: I was super excited for my new laptop to come in the mail today. Only to have a bad backspace keyboard button. Neweggs customer service told me I would have to ship back the bad device wait for them to inspect it and then send me a replacement. Rather then just sending a second unit. Making it seem like the DOA product they sent me is my fault and now it becomes my ultimate problem. So frustrating.
