Cons: The chromebook was too slow, even though I got the 4 GB memory version. Browsing was fine, but working on a large google document was a nightmare (50,000 words). Not sure why, but each click took 5-10 seconds to execute. At the same time, this document worked fine when I used a desktop computer to access the file... I am returning the product, unfortunately. It could be that I was unlucky with this particular machine... If you are experiencing slow system speed while working on Google Doc, please make sure the unit is running with the most current OS version and it is getting an excellent signal strength to a wireless router, and internet service is working properly. Pros: The chromebook is very light, the screen is large and the keyboard works well.

Cons: The chromebook was too slow, even though I got the 4 GB memory version. Browsing was fine, but working on a large google document was a nightmare (50,000 words).
