Pros: Good performance. Attractive.

Cons: Had to get RMA after 6 months. Battery was draining during gaming while plugged in.

WIFI won't turn on after cold boot, required restart every time to fix.

Gets super hot. Highly suggest a laptop cooling pad.

Other Thoughts: Did not notice the offset trackpad during purchase, which is not my preference.

Would not recommend. Would not purchase again.

Pros: Fast GPU out of the box, hard to find at this price point. Keyboard is excellent, screen very clear and good color/contrast.
Overall performance is very good when plugged in. Fast enough to chew through major office work and most recent games with high settings.

Cons: Over the first month, performance dropped off considerably! The same games I used to get 60fps I'm now struggling to get 30fps. Even after reformat, fresh Win install and video driver updates, this is half the beast it used to be. The specs on this laptop are excellent, but for some reason the performance is not living up to its potential.

Another major issue is the battery manager. While plugged in under heavy load, the laptop will switch between battery and AC every 10-15 seconds. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but it drops the performance substantially for a few seconds. It's very frustrating to see videos and games lag because of this feature, when the rest of the specs are excellent.

Other Thoughts: I won't recommend this PC unless some of these issues are fixed.

Pros: It runs most games at 1080p 30+ fps. Price was good.

Cons: Horrible Batttery life even when it is plugged up the battery drains. Then it gets into power saver mode and won't even function. It's too late for me to get a refund or would do it and buy something else.

Pros: This being my first gaming laptop after exclusively owning desktops, for the price, this had amazing specs and seemed as if it would have fantastic performance... and it did!, for about a month.

Cons: After about a month of owning the product something happened where I simply could not run games well whatsoever. For instance, attempting to run CS:GO at at least 60 fps is impossible with this laptop even though the specs and graphics card say it should be able to hit at least 100 fps. The main issue I've had with this product is with the battery performance. When playing any client based game the battery will flicker on and off until it is dead. I have done about a month's work of research, tried many different power setting but nothing seems to be working. This is extremely frustrating and impossible to deal with.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this product if I found that mine is especially defective or something. Like I said my experience was fantastic for the first month. But, because it is extremely unlikely that this specific product is especially defective so I don't think it's worth the risk. I would love for the manufacturer to come in contact with me and hopefully find a fix for this issue.

Pros: Great price and great specs

Cons: Within two days of receiving the product the laptop started having screen tears with graphics and the sound wouldn't work anymore.
Seems like many others are having the same problem as well

Other Thoughts: I'm disappointed that it turned out this way. Would have really wanted this laptop but it just didn't turn out great.

Pros: Fast laptop
Graphics card is great
Super easy clean Windows 10 install

Cons: This is the major issue, often when booting up the laptop the WiFi won't turn on. Rebooting the PC at this point it boots and the wireless starts working. But almost every cold-boot the WiFi is off and won't turn on. Thought it may have been the Wireless card, replaced with another Intel card with wireless ac, and had the same issue.

Other Thoughts: Overall, great laptop, especially at the price we got it at. Not sure if the wireless issue is specific to the P55W or not, but it's a very annoying issue. Still working on figuring it out.

Pros: great features and power at a good price

Cons: lcd screen hinge broke just by opening screen.
in less than 1 month i open the screen and the left hinge snaps.
now i have no idea how many hoops im gona have to jump thru to get it fixed
