Pros: -Graphics card is amazing and handles everything on max settings, I was able to play dark souls 3 on all high with 55-60 fps (From software has to fix the fps from this port and this laptop STILL manages to pull out 55-60 frames)
-Keyboard stays cools and it feels like it's easier to press down the buttons than an MSI ghost laptop (some people say it feels "cheap" but I feel it makes it easier on my fingers to type)
-Great cooling system fires hot air out through the back! (great for people who have their mouse placement next to the side vents usually)
-Very Fast SSD (this is the 2000 MB/s read speed NVMe port one)
-Not too much bloatware and can be disabled from windows 10 startup menu easily if unwanted!
-Backlight keyboard :D
-Brings an extra caddy that you can replace your DVD writer with so you can install another HDD or SSD :)
-I think touchpad is actually better than my last MSI ghost laptop
-Adaptive light sensor is a nice touch where it changes the brightness of screen by how bright your environment is around you which is great if you forget to turn on the lights like me from long gaming sessions and reduces eye strain in that fasion
-Better battery life than past MSI ghost laptop, lasts 3 hours gaming and 6-7 hours on powersave settings

Cons: -Despite the great cooling system, the bottom WILL get hot towards the back if you don't have it on a flat surface since the fans pull cool air from underneath the laptop (so no using this on a bed where it can easily suffocate itself)
-Power plug is on the right side towards the back, this for me I think is bad design as the cable sometimes gets in the way of where I usually place my mouse pad and mouse
-Power Brick for charging gets REALLY hot if you are playing something demanding and the laptop is full of charge
-All HDMI, VGA ports are on right side, again I use my mouse on that side so it can be annoying to use sometimes.

Other Thoughts: -I definitely recommend this laptop for anyone who wants an upgrade in battery life from an MSI ghost laptop in exchange for a little more weight and a better graphics card (980m vs 970m at time of writing)

Pros: Sleek, slim, and light weight for a gaming laptop. Great screen that is bright and vibrant. Great hardware for this price range. Fast boot times due to SSD. HDD provides plenty of extra storage. Power brick isn't as obnoxious as other gaming laptops I have seen. Silent when not gaming. Good field of view on the screen. Built in speakers are adequate. Smart dashboard is nice. Smart update keeps all your drivers in date.

Cons: Fans aren't silent when gaming :) Not sure that is possible though. Somewhat plain in aesthetics. No others yet. Will update after more use.

Other Thoughts: Just received this so I will add more thoughts over time. So far very happy with this product. Seems high quality and better hardware than competition in the same price range.
