No complaints at all about build quality with this one. - Incredibly light. This is coming from the perspective of someone who's used to workstations and huge, beefy laptops. - GTX 970M performs well. Test games were Fallout 4 and Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward. Had to tweak some settings for Fallout 4 to get consistent frame rates. Cons: - Screen seems a bit dim (might require more fiddling around) - Keyboard is not as responsive as I'd like with button presses - Trackpad is...mediocre, to put it kindly - Heat concerns are well founded, but proper ventilation (either with a flat surface or a cooling pad) should help mitigate those concerns. Other Thoughts: - I would recommend this for those individuals who want a smaller, more discreet laptop for day-to-day activities and mid-to-high settings games. - One thing that needs changing would probably be the fact that I never got a copy of "The Division" as per the GeForce GTX bundle thing :( Did you find this review helpful? Pros: - Discreet exterior is classy and well built. No complaints at all about build quality with this one.
- Incredibly light. This is coming from the perspective of someone who's used to workstations and huge, beefy laptops.
- GTX 970M performs well. Test games were Fallout 4 and Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward. Had to tweak some settings for Fallout 4 to get consistent frame rates.
