4 out of 5 eggsGreat bang for the buck! Weird warranty through Newegg

Pros: Cheap!
Solid overall build
Extremely easy setup
Secure

Cons: Limited OS capability (no eggs deducted)
Cheap feeling keyboard (-0.5 egg)

This is on NewEgg - Read below
Short warranty (-0.5 egg)

Other Thoughts: Got the coral pink version as a replacement laptop for my wife and it's great for what she needs to do. No ability to install skype but I knew that before buying this and wife doesn't use skype either way. So this is just the perfect solution.

Not sure why everyone dings this little guy for the screen and not the keyboard. The screen in my opinion is plenty for what it's meant to do. Which, by the way it does superbly. Chrome OS is winning me over with it's simplicity.

The keyboard is pretty dang bad with it's cheap sounding clicks and travel. Maybe it's because I'm used to Lenovo keyboards. My wife can't find a fault in this, including in the keyboard. I'd only ding about 1/2 egg for this because, let's face it, something has to give when you get something this solidly built for $250

My next gripe is with NewEgg. I got this thing on sale and was quite happy about the price. But that feeling went away when I found out that the warranty on this thing has been active since Feb 2014. I purchased this towards the end of July. So essentially -5 months on the warranty. Luckily I have Amex to extend the warranty but it still doesn't cover the lost 5 months. Laptop itself wasn't used but it's odd that the warranty is almost half a year short with what I got. Never had this issue with Newegg before.

Overall though, this thing never skips a beat when asked to work. I recommend reducing the sensitivity on the touchpad as it tends to be extra eager to get to work.

Definitely get this if you want the larger screen. I tried the smaller ones and couldn't get myself to buy it since it reminded me so much of the smaller Netbooks and their cramped keyboards.
