Pros: fast I7 processor, touch screen, right size keyboard and screen, dvd player, number pad, nice looking

Cons: came with windows 8 but I upgraded to 8.1 for free, and windows 10 is offered free when it's available. W8 has too many flaws.

Other Thoughts: I couldn't find any reviews before buying this, but I did like my Inspiron 15 with the exception that processor was too slow at i3, and it was too big and clunky. So this was perfect and I'm very happy. I rarely use the touch screen...I bought this because of the processor and because it has a dvd reader and writer which is very rare these days, and the price was excellent.

Pros: Very thin, sleek looking laptop. Runs smoothly, keyboard is backlit, comes with a decent stylus. If it wasn't for the issues I have been having for the past couple of days, this would be a perfect 5 stars. I use this for school and honestly couldn't be happier

Cons: After almost a month of owning the laptop, I started getting ghost touches. I thought it was a glitch, restarted the computer and it started working fine until the next day when the ghost touches started happening again. I did some research, and found out that a lot of users of this laptop also have this problem. It turns out it is a hardware issue with the screen, and Dell has done nothing to resolve the issues with most users. When I take notes on the screen, I leave it open (for typing occasionally) and will hold the back of the screen from the upper left corner. Now whenever I hold the back, I continuously get the ghost touches and have to bend the screen a bit to get it to stop. I had to disable the touch screen and now use it as a basic laptop. If you need a laptop with a touchscreen, stay clear of this line from Dell.

Other Thoughts: Really, if it wasn't for the ghost touches, this would get a perfect 5/5 from me
