Pros: Cheap, screen is nice, pretty snappy for a cheap laptop, good looking case.

Cons: Windows 8, but I guess I just need to learn it. Still I would rather have Widows 7 on it.

Pros: Decent specs for the price

Cons: This laptop does not run smoothly at all. Comes loaded with bloatware. Simply couldn't stand to use it. I am not removing Windows 8 in the hopes that a previous OS will work better.

Pros: when i turn the computer one it come out with nothing but ask for the fix and it never can get fixed

Cons: Battary last 2 hours, RMA the first one still having issues with booting. I know its cheap and you get what you pay for but was for my mom just going to search and probally watch youtube videos. Learning cuve on win 8 is really high

Pros: Great price, decent specs... shiny?

Cons: Windows 8 is horrible, I think I should be paid to have to use this repulsive platform. It is extremely inconvenient and absolutely not user friendly by any means. You have to hit the start button and basically search everything to get into your computer. The graphics card on the computer is extremely outdated and does not keep up with games well at all. I can't even play sims 2 which came out almost 8 years ago! The mouse pad is extremely sensitive, Lenovo tried to duplicate the finger controls of an ipad, it just doesn't work. You'll be moving your mouse or typing and end up closing your window or spinning it somehow. Fortunately you can disable a majority of these features. Its also too far to the left so sometimes when you're typing the mouse will start to wander. The USB ports do not work on all devices, I cannot use a USB type mouse, even when you install drivers it will not work. The disc drive does not work, I cannot even install the drivers for my surround sound computer speakers. You can place the disc into the disc port and nothing will pop up, so then you have to go through your start menu (thank you windows 8) and search for my computer and manually open the cd, however sometimes that will not work so then you have to right click on the disc and open the contents, and that also sometimes does not work. Lovely.

Other Thoughts: I am extremely disappointed in my purchase.

Pros: everything,excellent screen colors, nice speakers. Seems more than fast enough for anybody wanting an every day laptop.Looks well built. I bought a wirless mouse for this and it helps a lot when gettting around.

Cons: none so far.

Pros: Price, Haven't even fired it up yet so nothing else to say at this point

Cons: specs report 2 memory slots with one free. Ordered a stick of 4gig right away to get the max of eight. Bummer for me, Shoulda waited, only has one slot and that is occupied by the 4 gig stick. So now to get 8 gig I will have to toss both 4's instead of just adding one. Thanks Egg

Cons: This laptop arrived with a defective touchpad. Tried an updated driver from Lenovo's website to no avail.

Pros: Great Price for a really good laptop. As stated by others, 5 hours on battery, beautiful screen, speakers are not bad and a beautiful keyboard. The unit feels good too, not cheap or flimsy. I only had this unit one day. The first customer that looked at it bought it.

Cons: Maybe the position of the synaptic pad being too far to the left.
Some folks may not like the shiny black palm rest and how your palm and finger prints show up so easily.

Other Thoughts: I wish I bought 2 or 3 of these. I found and installed third party start button software for Win 8. The customer loved it.
