Came with windows7 physical dvd and installer on first used, Windows7 and original vista business keys on base. And 3Mb rather than the 2Mb advertised Cons: Battery was DOA, genuine Lenovo part but system reports it as worn-out and won't hold charge. Assume you have to budget for a new battery with these systems but it would have been nice for at least a partially working one to come with it. Other Thoughts: Can buy a new machine for not much more - but not one with thinkpad keyboard and the legendary build quality. Stickers on the keyboard to hide how worn out the keys are. Finger print reader not working Food and dirt all over the laptop and keyboard This is NOT refurbished laptop – it is a laptop that someone slapped a refurbished sticker on it. Calling the refurbisher – Joys systems and they will not pick up the phone. I left 3 messages on 2 different laptops bought for customers. I never got a response. Do NOT buy from them! Other Thoughts: 2 different laptop that were refurbished by Joy systems were in bad shape and they do not honor they "warranty" 11 out of 12 people found this review helpful. Did you?
