5 out of 5 eggsLOVE IT

Pros: This is by far the best laptop I've had. I read all the reviews and was a bit concerned... but once the laptop was in my hands, I could see the quality craftmanship. The touchpad is the best PC based touchpad i've ever used. It doesn't beat my Mac Book Air, but it is a very close second. If the software was a tad bit better and response, it might have come in as a tie.
I'm using it as is, no OS changes... or dramatic uninstalls other than the 3rd party software. I'm using the Lenovo software and doesn't interfere too much.
It took a few days for the biometric scanner to function right... or maybe it was me getting used to it... but the fingerprint scanner is great. (even though fingerprints should be used more as usernames than as passwords, but that's another conversation).
The laptop is extremely light and I have no problem stuffing it and my Macbook air into the same compartment in my backpack and getting through airport scanners. This is likely due to the super thin nature of both laptops.
I've added an SD card to serve as my backup location using windows built in backup functionality.

Cons: I'm disappointed in the propriatory power connector on the laptop side. I wish it had a maglock style connector but it is functional. I typically order two power adapters.. one to leave in my travel bag and one to leave on my desk.. so if i loose it i won't be in too much trouble.
It doesn't have the same battery life as my Air, however that doesn't really matter. I'm a traveling services engineer and always near power somewhere.
I bought a logitech bluetooth wedge style mouse... I'll be working with it at the airport and all of a sudden the mouse stops working. Very frustrating... but not sure if it's the mouse or the laptop. Basic troubleshooting doesn't get it working again, so i abandon the mouse and return to the trackpad.

Other Thoughts: This is by far an excelent choice for a traveling engineer looking for a coding laptop. I've used it successfully on a few trips now and it has been great. I replace a ThinkPad w510 (6 lbs) with this laptop and my backpack has been soo much lighter.

4 out of 5 eggsSuprisingly Durable

Pros: We have purchased several of these for business use. The users like the small form factor and SSD speed. They have held up well, all still functioning after traveling around the world.

Cons: Pricey for only 128G SSD even though most users do not need any more.

3 out of 5 eggsNo Win7 COA

Pros: Also includes Win8 license embedded in hardware.

Cons: No Win7 COA, Lenovo support. Only includes Win8 install media.

Other Thoughts: Received this and based on the reviews wanted to do a fresh Windows 7 install. After not finding a COA for Win7 contacted Lenovo and found out these are a Win8 machines factory downgraded to Win7. To get I Win7 key I was told you must first install Win8 and then contact Microsoft licensing for a Win7 downgrade key. Also only includes Win8 install media.

It does run much better with a clean install so it is worth the hassle.
