Cons: Horrible touchpad. Can not replace WLAN card since Lenovo uses a whitelist system to keep you from upgrading. Tons of crapware

can disable the mous pad and plug in USB mouse

Cons: power adapter broken second month currently asking about warranty status of the computer.

Other Thoughts: wish the PSU could have lasted longer than some duracell AA batteries. the psu had smoke coming out of it and laptop will no longer power on. either there was a power spike or the battery fried itself

Cons: Windows 8 is horrible and it is almost impossible to install Windows 7 and drivers not available for Linux. I will never buy another PC with W8.

Pros: Replaced an old Dell with this. It's a budget laptop that does everything I need. I have no problem with win8. I don't understand all the whining about it. I have it boot up to the desktop and I'm good to go. I have no use for tablets so the start screen or Metro side is not used by me.
Everything works well.

Cons: only thing is it's a fingerprint magnet.

Other Thoughts: supposed to be brown but looks Black in most light.

Pros: I have been using this laptop almost a month and it amazes me how quiet, cool and fast this laptop runs. Regarding the previous reviews, I don't see the mice as an issue here...you can find this sensitivity issue from other laptop manufacturers too. I am happy with this purchase.

Pros: I am very pleased with this laptop. I got it to replace my three-year old HP laptop which was stolen. It has very strong qualities all around. Slightly over 4 hours of battery life even at medium brightness. Wide selection of brightness levels. Strong performance. Can play some modern games at acceptable performance, if you're into that. Laptop and cord are pretty lightweight for their size. Just about everything fathomable pleases me.

Cons: My only complaint so far is the touchpad. I find it almost unusable. It's very sensitive and difficult to control. This might be adjustable in the settings but my brain is too dumb for that. Have a wireless USB mouse ready for use. Lots of bloatware to uninstall but at least while it's installed it doesn't hassle you too much. I've never used a numpad and I think it's impractical on a laptop, but it doesn't bother me much.

Pros: Fast CPU nice looking

Cons: BIOS or MB is disfunctional in that you can not boot from the CD-ROM drive not matter what boot order you set in the BIOS. Try it and see. There is a lot of discussion about this bad laptop on the internet

Other Thoughts: I returned this laptop because Lenovo is falling down on their laptop quality and their tech support can't fix what is wrong with this models BIOS or MB
