Cons: Crashed right out of the box. Spent nearly three hours with Google tech support. Flash player crashes over and over. We tried everything - resetting, clearing, and even reloading the OS. Nothing worked. It just can't play online videos for more than a few seconds. And oh, Google tech support is really tough to get a live person too. Pros: None.

Cons: Crashed right out of the box. Spent nearly three hours with Google tech support. Flash player crashes over and over. We tried everything - resetting, clearing, and even reloading the OS. Nothing worked. It just can't play online videos for more than a few seconds. And oh, Google tech support is really tough to get a live person too.

Other Thoughts: Maybe Asus Chromebooks are better - Acer is a lower quality company.
