Pros: For the price this thing is great. It'll output 1080p from the hdmi port just fine, which I love.
The touchpad, keyboard, and touchscreen work quite well.
Just make sure you understand the ChromeOS before you buy it! I've seen some negative reviews because people buy it not realizing it isn't a windows pc.
Great for students though!

Cons: On the refurbished model the battery is not what is generally advertised. It lasts a long while but if you're watching videos or doing anything remotely data-intensive this thing will die in a few hours. I'm a student and it lasts me most of the day on campus, but I usually bring the charging cable just in case.
The viewing angle of the screen is terrible but what do you expect for the price?

Pros: Fast start up and shut down. Also snappy online.
Good keyboard, nice feel to the keys, good size.
Touch screen is a plus!
Like the white color!

Cons: did not have access to the 100 GB from Google (1st owner took it)

Other Thoughts: All and all I am glad I purchased this chrome book.

Pros: Very fast. Price. Light. Touchscreen. Easy to use.

Cons: Software limitations: No desktop icons. Cannot change DPI.

Other Thoughts: I was not sure what to purchase for my grandmother. She wanted a laptop, but I knew a full operating system would be way too complicated for her. I stumbled upon the Chromebooks and couldn't be happier. In the end, I am glad I went with the touchscreen. She took to it far easier than the mouse.
