Other Thoughts: I bought two at once and we immediately put them in to service at work. As we have one working charger we have to coordinate with the crew to charge them overnight. Tried to get the charger replaced but customer service gave me a run around and we are out of luck. Cons: Charger does not, and without a charger, well, it's an electronic device so it won't work without power.
