Pros: I wasn't sure about the different usage "modes" when I purchased this thing, but it is has been great. I've found myself using stand mode a lot more than I thought I would.
The screen is good to my eyes, but it's my first 1080p laptop so I may not be the best judge on screen quality. Although I would have preffered an option for matte finish
14" is the laptop sweet spot in my mind. Overall the thickness and weight are good. The fit between the screen and the keyboard when in tablet mode is better than I though it would be. The hinge design seems to be solid.
I also like the feel of the keyboard. But, I have heard that is one of Lenovo's strong points

Cons: The battery does not deliver on the 8 hours advertised. I've been getting around 5±.
I'm not a fan of the square power supply plug. It looks kind of like Lenovo wanted to capitalize on the MagSafe design cues, but it is still just a traditional two terminal plug.
