Pros: Sleek, low-key, non-obnoxious (Alienware-esque) design. Very sturdy. Screen resolution is fantastic. Minimal pre-installed software (Adobe Reader for the pre-installed user manual, CyberLink DVD, and AORUS proprietary control panel for key macros, proprietary and very convenient global hardware driver updater that provides you with version info before updating), Windows was also pre-configured for High-Performance power settings. Killer NIC is a dream especially for an IT pro like me. Lastly, the graphics are amazing. Battery life is not great but more than acceptable for such a performance laptop.

Cons: "Exhaust" slits on the rear get VERY hot when gaming, Killer NIC on ethernet interface but Intel wifi (why no killer chip for Wifi?), Not entirely clear how to redeem Witcher 3, keyboard keys don't appear to be evenly flat (looks wavy -- not sure if that's ergonomics design or poor setting of the keys)

Other Thoughts: This is a fantastic laptop. I'm an IT guy and I don't feel like a child pulling out a flashy ridiculous looking toy in front of my clients. The sleek black design is fantastic. The matte finish gets very fingerprinty very quickly so keep the provided cleaning rag with you at all times. It's a bit heavy for a 13" compared to the Razer Blade, but outperforms it everywhere else. Heard many complaints online and in reviews about the fans/cooling being loud/obnoxious and that simply is not close to being true. Not sure if AORUS fixed the issue with a new release of this PC, but fans can be heard but are by no means overpowering as reviews had said. Sound quality is great for under-chassis speakers. By no means is the sound quality good but then again I've rarely come across a laptop that impressed me with sound quality so take that as you will. Kinda disheartened that the Killer chip can't be used with wifi as it comes with an Intel wifi adapter.

Pros: Super fast. Fast storage, fast graphics, fast cpu.
Can run witcher 2 on full at 1440p without much problem (not counting vertical sync or AA). I don't have fraps or anything, so I don't know the fps. But I don't notice any low frame rates. I had the fans set to auto high. You'd probably do even better setting the fans to max.
Easily runs League on maxed out settings at 1440p. I have vertical sync turned on, and I've never seen it move from 60fps.
Fans are not high pitched and whiny like Linus tech tips said. Maybe they changed something with this update. (They have changed a few things, like smaller power brick.) the fan is loud on max, but it sounds full and strong rather than high and whiny. At least compared to other laptops.

Cons: Kinda cheaply made.
Keyboard flex is an issue at one spot near the bottom right.
Screen is a weak and flimsy.
Keyboard backlight is spotty with many keys not being evenly lit.
Keyboard is a touch rattly.
Screen doesn't open that far do to massive fans. This is a problem only because I put it right in front of my monitor and hook the screen under the bottom of the monitor. It still works, but it's a tight fit.

Other Thoughts: I'd probably still recommend this computer despite the lower build quality. I'm coming from a Mac, (which is unrivaled in build quality) so maybe people upgrading from a windows laptop wouldn't notice or they might even think this is an improvement.

Pros: Amazing power under 5lbs in a 14in form factor. The specs speak for themselves. Love the screen, love the keyboard although the arrow keys are very minimized. Battery life is improved compared to prior generations of gaming laptops. RJ-45 onboard gigabit ethernet on the back of the unit is a very welcome feature.

Cons: Unit will get warm but the heat management is much easier and better when compared to units that use the 800 series of mobile GPU. My only real drag about this system is the lack of Blu-ray option. If they can manage to fit a DVD in here they can at least figure a way to fit a BDROM for viewing Blu-rays. An onboard cell modem would have been nice.

Other Thoughts: Woud love to see this priced at just under $2k, paying $2.3k was a tough pill to swallow. Fitting all this in a 14in form factor requires comprimises in certain areas so any deficiency due to this accomplishment is really nitpicking at this point. Aorus/Gigabyte has a real winner with this unit.
