It comes with a built in 64GB SSD Card that's not up-gradable unless you purchase a bigger SSD product. It does however allow for a Mini SD card which should go to 128GB.

You can get a Printer, that has the ePrinter functionality and that will surely work without issue. However, the Surface 3 also has a 3.0 USB port for USB connected printers.

So that should work just fine.

No this is a Tablet what you see is what you Get, If needing more Ram you will need to buy the bigger ram versions, i believe the surface 3 is up to 4gb until you go to Pro which goes to 8GB
