Pros: This cooler is incredible. My laptop's internal CPU fan stopped working, causing my laptop to shutoff after only a few minutes. Thanks to this cooler my laptop now works normally.

Cons: This cooler raises the laptop by over an inch off the table. Since my case is so extreme, this actually helps a lot, but other people might not like it.

Other Thoughts: The 25$ I spent on this cooler saved me several hundred dollars.

Pros: It does what it's supposed to do (although my particular application may be considered unusual).

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to help cool the hard drive in my satellite receiver's DVR (when I noticed its temp reaching 120℉ during the summer months). I run it 24 hours a day and the Deepcool easily takes the temperature down at least 20℉.

Pros: Relatively quiet for two 140mm fans, Good cooling, and beautiful solid aluminum face plate.

Cons: I found that my laptop would slide off of the cooler on occasion as the angle is too steep.

Other Thoughts: I bought this cooler after I lost my Cooler Master 200mm laptop cooler. Both were awesome at keeping my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro at a happier temperature, compared to it's stock single blower fan. On normal use, my internal fan will hardly activate, and my hands are no longer singed by overwhelming heat. It's spent a lot of time in the foot-well of my car, underneath a 30 pound backpack, and this thing is strong. Very good product!

Pros: My laptop was getting rather hot, this cooling pad has dropped my temps considerably.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Don't hesitate, buy this product.

Pros: Cools well. Works as expected for my 17 inch Laptop

Cons: Wish it had a fan speed controller. but it doesn't exist on this model for some reason. Was lead to believe that it had that feature.

Other Thoughts: overall I/m happy with it. Keeps the APU under 65C under load.

Pros: The top is solid aluminum with channels to allow for excellent airflow across the whole bottom of a laptop. Nice & big 140mm fans that move a good amount of air. It functions as a USB hub as well & gives you 3 extra ports when it is plugged in to your laptop. Solid build quality as well, it is a very strudy cooler compared to other ones.

Cons: It is powered by USB from the laptop. This may not be a con for everyone so I did not deduct an egg over it, but I'd prefer to at least have the option to power it from the wall. It is very slick & your laptop will slide on it if it does not have rubber feet. Deepcool should put a rubber strip at the top & bottom of the heatsink to prevent this.

Other Thoughts: Over all this is the best laptop cooler I have ever owned & I have had a bunch of them. I highly recommend it for gaming laptops since they can get very hot under gaming loads. I use this with my Toshiba Qosmio X75-A7180 & it really helps a ton to keep temps down even though the Qosmios have very good stock cooling. I can actually set small OCs on my laptops CPU & GPU whilst using this cooler!

Other Thoughts: My late-2011 Macbook Air 11" would get warm running and especially editing video while clamshelled and connected to an external monitor. The dual 140s in this stand do the trick. The USB switch also helps. Wish it had a few extra ports but that's nit picking. FYI this just fits the 11" Air with the spacing of the fans, consider that about the smallest laptop you could run. Larger you can probably go to 15" or above. Don't know how it would be to type and use this as a stand as I use it exclusively for a cooling solution while clamshelled. For that purpose it works exceptionally well.

Pros: -Decent fit for my 17.3" laptop
-Stays cool to the touch and the fans blow cool air even at warm ambient room temperature, so it works as advertised

Cons: -Fans are fairly loud
-Only modest temperature improvement for my particular laptop (see below)

Other Thoughts: I have an ASUS ROG G751 series gaming laptop. Witcher 3 had been pushing my i7 4710HQ to 90-95 deg C. Obviously I was very alarmed, so I bought this product based on the reviews. It is definitely worthy of the high reviews based on the quality of the unit but ultimately I'm disappointed that it only brought my temps down to 74-80 deg C, with peaks up to 85 deg C. That is with the fans off... and the fans actually provided no additional cooling effect for my laptop. I'm sure this is more to do with the design of the laptop however than the unit itself.

In the end, I docked an egg due to the loudness of the fans, which make a faint clicking noise out of the box that I assume is related to faulty bearings. I'm satisfied with this product nonetheless, I just wish I had a better solution for keeping my laptop cool - perhaps I need to send it in to ASUS to get it cleaned.

Pros: Solid design and quality fans. The aluminum construction really dissipates heat well. For the price this can't be beat, and I have bought dozens of these things (other brands) over the years.

Cons: Hard to fit into a laptop bag. Not impossible, but difficult. Best suited for home use.
