Cons: I have a SONY VAIO Neoprene Case I was using for another laptop. The quality of the SONY neoprene is softer and seems to be of a higher, premium quality neoprene compared to the Targus. However, the Targus IS INDEED Neoprene. The Targus simply feels stiffer, not as silky soft and pliable as the VAIO Neoprene. I am unsure if this is because of thickness or quality of the Targus Neoprene is def lower or if it is thicker. It could even turn out that the stiffer Targus Neoprene is better protection as a carrying case. Feels harder protects better maybe...? Inside the Targus pockets there are some areas for putting a pencil or discs, or CD's and the material for these is cheap nylon-like. If this were neoprene it would be much nicer. Pros: NeoPrene Covered Carrying Handle

Optional detachable shoulder sling to carry the bad in an Attache-Style

Many pockets and additional slots for you to carry a full size ipad along with the laptop in separate pockets in this case.
