Pros: If you don't mind loosing your usb ports on this device it is a good deal. Otherwise it's just an overpriced paperweight
Cons: Usb ports fail on this device pretty fast. Some altogether stop functioning after 3 weeks. We bought 3 of these at my company. 2 of the 3 still work to keep the monitors attached but the usb ports don't function anymore sent a ticket to diamond about this but their support team was not able to assist and has not replied to my last email for a product replacement after I supplied them with a receipt for proof of purchase they were still under the manufactures warranty at that time but unfortunately not any more. I was able to return one though and exchanged it for a different brand docking station.
Other Thoughts: Wish I would have read the Newegg reviews all the others were praising this device. I strongly suggest New Egg to remove this from their catalog. For it is unworthy of their association.

Pros: Nice looking, worked well for three months
Cons: This unit worked great for three months... then just stopped working. I am trying to get the manufacturer to fix or replace the unit, but have still not received an RMA.
Given the other reviews here, I think there is a systematic quality issue with this dock. Too bad, because otherwise it would be perfect.
Like the other reviewers, the power light just went off. Changing the power supply does nothing. It just seems to burn itself out.

Pros: The docking station had the features that I wanted IF IT WORKED!!!
Cons: I had found a good review online for this product. When I saw the one review on newegg.com for this product was bad, I took the bad review into account and purchased an extended warranty. The other reviewer had the product work for just one day, and I experienced the same exact problem. Thankfully, newegg.com accepted my return request for a full refund.

Pros: it promised all I was looking for. Nice design also. Perfect for a dorm room with cable connection.
Cons: Unbelievable poor quality. First unit lasted 1 and half day under power (then blue light went off). Obtained replacement (thank you newegg. very good service) and died after 2 days. I cannot believe this problem is unknown to manufacturer's quality control department.
