Other Thoughts: Haven't tried out the USB hub yet, but I would bet that it works. I don't really like the cord, it's not that it's bad, it's just USB A to A is just wrong.

Pros: 3 USB ports. Fits Inspiron 17R.

Cons: No noticeable difference in temps at all. Therms show the system regularly shooting to 60+ C when gaming or running HyperPi. Tried plugging into the Power USB port on my laptop, and no gains there either.

Other Thoughts: I thought this would be a good pad for the price. I knew it would fit my laptop. I did not know that it would fail so miserably.

Pros: sturdy construction
Nice black with aluminum
4USB ports
on/off switch
Does not slip, holds laptop in place

Cons: only for desk use
hurts with lap use
no fan speed control
fans run very low rpm - Very weak
I wrote a review which never got published = Go figure!
Does not cool laptop even with 2 X 140mm fans

Other Thoughts: Will make mods with the fan
fans will be changed to Cooljag Everflow 120mm PWM Fan 4-pin 2400 RPM
And add an inline resistor to support the mods
then, it will work as desired for me! ;L)

Pros: -black
- big fans
- moves a lot of air silently
- way cheaper than a normal stores cheaper made products
- solid aluminum face

Cons: -the whole thing is not aluminum but i dont realy care was mainly concerned about the face.
