5 out of 5 eggsCheap and Efficient

Pros: 3 fans (including a 160mm)
ergonomic
extra USB
On/Off Switch

Cons: Blue LED in the back is aggressively bright (will cover)
Slightly louder than I expected, but I forgot the noise after 10 minutes of usage.

Other Thoughts: So far this laptop cooler has all the characteristics I was looking for and appears to perform its job as I expected.

4 out of 5 eggsQuiet and effective

Pros: Fairly quiet fans, and does a good job of keeping my computer cool - much cooler than when sitting directly on a desk . I like that it has an extra USB port to "give back" the one it took from your computer to power it. It looks pretty cool too. I like the size of it in terms of portability and it packs into my case pretty well. But it's also a negative (see below).

Cons: It's a touch too small for my 15.6" laptop (Lenovo Y580). It works, but I have to line it up just right, and then I'd better not bump it much or it slides off. I'm thinking about adding a few extra rubber bumpers on the underside of my computer so that it can rest securely on the cooling pad.

The blue LED lights that are supposed to give the aura of super-cooling efficiency, are kind of annoying and completely unnecessary. If I were the person sitting across from me at a coffee shop table and I had that bright, laser-like LED shooting at my eyes from the rear of the cooling pad, I'd either say something rude or get up and leave, or both. I'm going to take them out or put some black tape on them. The underlighting is probably okay, but the rear light has to go.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm pleased with the cooling pad, but had I known it was a bit too small for my computer I would have selected a different model. BTW, the description does say "15.6" notebooks and below" so I think that docking it 1/2 egg for being too small is justified.

5 out of 5 eggsA No Brainer, Perfect for any Notebook

Pros: Quiet, lightweight, uses minimal power, and compact too. It fits in the back pack with my Notebook. Good design that allows you to type easily, best part it was a free!
Combo add-on with the purchase of a Wenger Back pack!

Cons: None yet, will post if I find one.

Other Thoughts: I'm glad I got this for free with my back pack purchase, though it's definitely worth the list price.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cooling pad!

Pros: 1) Quite.
Even with 3 fans it is quieter than I expected!

2) I works great!
I have a Dell Inspiron N5010, and it has horrible ventilation. It would become very warm sitting on coffee table. This cooling pad keeps my laptop at a low temp, and I couldn't ask for more.

Cons: 1) It is a little smaller than I expected.
It doesn't cover the full base of my laptop.
