Pros: Works like it's supposed to, when it wants to...

Cons: From time to time, the connection to my two external monitors will go on the fritz and stop working. It will all of a sudden stop talking to the monitors and go on and off over and over again. Not sue what the deal is. I then need to disconnect from the docking station and work on the laptop screen which can be frustrating!

Pros: Consolidates connections into a convenient area.

Cons: Ethernet port does not work under Xubuntu 14. Keeps trying to connect but always fails. Ethernet works if plugged directly into laptop.

Display flickers. Need windows to fix the problem.

Pros: Easy to setup and use.
Removes clutter of connecting external screen(s), keyboard, mouse and other devices.
Matches ThinkPad design.
If you would like to connect more than one screen this is must have.

Cons: Had to update docking driver once I received it, it used to disconnect and reconnect from time to time to external screens. Found solution on Lenovo website, was easy to update docking driver.

Other Thoughts: Great job newegg on pricing, much cheaper then Lenovo website. Not sure how you do it but keep it up.
Make sure to check if this dock will work with your laptop before buying.

Pros: Pricing - Newegg always has better pricing then the manufacturer

Cons: Make sure that you are buying the product that you want by checking model #'s to manufacturers website since sometimes there are a few models of the item you may want.
