1 out of 5 eggsConcept is great, in actuality - beware!

Pros: The battery, the additional ports, keyboard, and the whole concept are not bad at all. When it is working the Dock is great!

Cons: I have not had the dock for a year yet, and there is something wrong with the connection to the Tablet. It causes the tablet to freeze up, creates false selections, and often requires me to reset the tablet to get it to function properly. Be very aware that the lock and connection between the tablet and dock may seem solid, but just average use of opening and closing the tablet when it is docked has caused my connection to start failing and has created a very frustrating situation!

Other Thoughts: I wish this worked like it was supposed. When I first got it and it was working properly, the additional battery life, the keyboard, and the fact that it was like a built in stand was great. If it weren't for my connection issues I would rank this a 5.

5 out of 5 eggsWow!

Pros: Tablet locks in very easily and is very solid. Additional SD slot and full size USB really expand amount of memory you can use. Additional battery life. Uses same charging cord as tablet. Turn your tablet into a mini ultrabook. Trackpad is nice for when you don't want to touch the screen.

Cons: initial 8 hour charging time, Unbalanced in lap, additional weight

Other Thoughts: Looking at reviews I was a little leery of purchasing. Once I had the device ready and locked my tablet into place I was amazed. There is no comparison between this and a generic bluetooth keyboard. This device extends the batter life of the tablet and gives the the functionality of a laptop. For those concerned that this is built for a different tablet... I could care less after using it. It does everything I expected and more.

5 out of 5 eggslove it

Pros: extra battery life, east conversion to netbook like device, extra connectivity, etc,

Cons: even though i believe i got an infinity dock and not a rebadged prime dock it detaches a little too easily.

Other Thoughts: i read about all the problems people have with not charging the pad when connected to the dock, dock not being recognized by pad, etc., i have had no problems what so ever.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: A keyboard and ample shortcuts to popular features.

Cons: Something else for me to break.

Other Thoughts: I almost bought this when I picked up the tablet. Now that I have it, I sure wish I had. With the track pad it's better than a simple add on keyboard. ASUS did a nice job incorporating pleanty of shortcut keys that round out functonality. I like that it makes this tablet more than just a novelty device. You could do a little work on this rig if you felt the need.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor quality

Pros: Extends battery life; adds a track pad, USB port, and SD card slot.

Cons: Poor quality, case if coming apart under normal use. Docking bracket broke in two the other day.

5 out of 5 eggsNice option for the TF700

Pros: Real keyboard for times when there's a lot of typing or I want to see more screen
Decent tactile keys
Solid docking to the tablet (the button DOES click over and lock properly)
Extra battery
Extra ports
Protection for the screen when carting it around

Cons: A little top heavy, but not bad at all
The mount can pinch or wrinkle a screen protector

Other Thoughts: If you are careful in mounting it, the screen protector won't wrinkle. I tip it in from the front.
You have to push down to get the full mount and "click"

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Accessory!

Pros: Good solid buttons that have a nice feel when typing - Added battery life for the busy person on the run - Replaces the need for a stand to hold the Tablet while using to watch movies or read a book or magazine etc - a wide range of special function buttons for everything from shutting off the touch pad while typing to taking a screen shot!! Turns an amazing tablet into a netbook and makes a powerful device/tool even more powerful!!

Cons: The keyboard is a little tight for my big fingers.

Other Thoughts: I really wished I'd bought this a whole lot sooner, I've put it off because of all of the reviews that I read saying this was actually just a repackaged 201 Dock. The box does say TF700/TF201 mobile dock, but as I found this is because both docks are interchangeable! You can use the TF201 docks with the TF700 tablets, but you can also use this dock with the TF201 tablets. I didn't feel this to be a Con but did want to mention that it is a tight fit when you hook you tablet up to the dock and I have to wiggle it to get the lock to completely engage and wiggle it to un-dock it as well. As mentioned above the only Con I have is due to the size of the keyboard, but this is minor and I can learn to use it with little to no issues - it will just take time. All in all I've found it to be as the title says the Perfect Accessory for an amazing tablet, which makes typing emails and documents on the go so much quicker and vastly easier than using the touch screen keyboard. The Pros in my opinion far out weigh the Cons and if you're on the fence about getting this and you own a Transformer Pad Infinity Stop Reading and ORDER this you won't regret it!!

3 out of 5 eggscoulda should woulda (Mobile Dock for ASUS Transformer Pad)

Pros: ah the idea behind this product is lofty. i mean how can you set yourself a standard in industry when you product you push ends up like this? it isn't a bad dock. by no means. it just doesn't quite go from good to great. it stays behind; it could have catapulted the ASUS Transformer Pad lines into Apple killers. coulda should woulda. but let me continue by naming what it did correctly.

it seamlessly integrates itself the ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T. i mean it's just an awesome thing to do. it clicks on and you really can't screw that up. on the pad and the dock there are arrows pointing where the place the thing i mean how straightforward can you get? but you will be glad the arrows are there because for me it was a little daunting. i spent all this money and i was worried i would screw something up or place it wrong. but once you see the arrows you know how and where these two things should meet.
wow. just a definite "cool" factor. welcome to the 21st century type of "cool" factors.

another awesome thing: when connected with you pad, the dock's battery will drain FIRST. supercool. and if you have the dock charged enough it will CHARGE the pad. awesome. supacool.

ports: there is a usb port...which is awesome! with certain tegra developed games you can use a controller for said game! i mean that is super sick. kinda almost defeats the purpose a tablet but it is an option. doesn't have to be a controller i plugged a 2 GB flash drive and it recognized it no prob. more expandable storage? yes please.

and it also has a sd slot...another storage option. maybe you wanna store those snazzy pics you took. snap a sd card and there you go. kudos ASUS.

3 eggs only you say? and with these cool things? well. it does. prepare for coulda shoulda woulda.

Cons: this COULDA been the bombest keyboard dock you hard earned clams you just shelled for. almost but man oh man...

COULDA: the keyboard aspect is kinda disappointing. it isn't bad but considering i paid around 120 bones for this bad boy it isn't without gripes. the keys themselves depress just fine but for me there really is an audible "clack" to reassure i press said keys. minor gripe but a gripe nonetheless. the touchpad is decent but i expected more. sometimes two-finger scrolling doesn't. it doesn't when you expect it should. at least it looks sleek and is a nice idea. too bad it doesn't wow.

SHOULDA: this dock shoulda been included with the tablet. i know i might be unfair with some gripes but one does expect more for spending that kind of dough.

WOULDA: this woulda been awesome to the max if the battery on this baby lasted longer. i know it depletes itself before the tablet will and i know it will even charge the darn thing. but the battery doesn't last on this unit. maybe i got one that wasn't built properly idk. i sure expected the battery on this dock to last longer. maybe for a four hour use total i had to charge the dock twice. not as good as i thought it would be. rather, a big let down.

Other Thoughts: a cool cool cool idea but it just underwhelmed me in terms of battery life. pros really save this product but the performance to price ratio just doesn't quite cut it. maybe if it came bundled with the ASUS Transformer Pad it would have the awesome aspects hold up well. but the disappointed battery life high price beg to differ. maybe if ASUS just tried harder to execute it woulda been worth the money.

5 out of 5 eggsA must have accessory

Pros: This keyboard is decent in size, and I have very fat fingers. I love the expandable storage it provides (USB 2.0 & standard size SD card slot). Per another review, there is a sticker that is over the box, but after all of my research this keyboard isn't different at all. Maybe Newegg puts the sticker there to ensure speedy and accurate packaging to their customers. The color matches perfectly, and it looks like a sweet ultrabook when connected to the TF700T. The keyboard has common control features on it so you don't have to touch your screen if you do not want to. It also charges your tablet while it is docked on this keyboard, you will get about an additional 4 hours of battery life before your table battery starts to drain.

Cons: Two things that I am not a fan of. First one is scrolling on a web page, I haven't mastered it by any means and I always just touch the screen. I can't figure out how to do it with the mouse pad. The other thing which another reviewer mentioned is lack of a delete key, only backspace is available to correct your mistakes.
An additional thing that is a lack of convenience is that the keyboard doesn't light up (understandable since that would drain the battery)

Other Thoughts: One thing I noticed is if you leave your tablet on standby or locked mode, this keyboard will continue to loose battery life. I made the mistake of charging it over night and during the day I had it locked and I did not power off. By the mid afternoon (3 or 4 pm) I had virtually no more battery life in the keyboard, but at least m tablet was completely charged. If you are typing when the tablet is first turned on, the keyboard as a little delay, just be patient it just needs to warm up, just make sure your tablet is completely booted before you get frustrated.

5 out of 5 eggsSeamless transition to a netbook

Pros: Made to fit perfectly with the ASUS Transformer tablet. If you have that, and you want a keyboard, plus other options for expansion, this is the way to go. Gets you a SD card slot, USB port, keyboard, and extended battery life. Adjustment of screen angle keeps in place well, and the position is rigid.

Cons: The only con is not directly related to this device, but some Android programs are specifically made to not have a widescreen format available (for example, Yahoo fantasy sports apps, Temple Run). For these, and for games that are dependent on the device being tilted (once again, Temple Run), you will need to detach the tablet and use it as a tablet.
